Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
4. Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. The item must meet the same condition requirements as outlined in our return policy.
