2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 within the United Kingdom.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under £50, a shipping fee of £4.99 applies within the UK.
  • Express Shipping Fee: Express shipping is available for a fee of £9.99 within the UK.
  • International Shipping: Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and weight of the package.

Note: Customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders, and customers are responsible for these additional charges. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available) to monitor the progress of your package.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, TrendViral ships to most countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we may not ship to due to restrictions or logistical challenges. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and offer a refund.

5. Tracking Your Order

If you realize there is an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will attempt to correct it before your package is shipped.

9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure that you provide a valid street address for delivery.

10. International Orders

For international customers, please note the following:

  • Customs Fees and Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international shipments may vary. Customs processing times can affect the delivery time, and TrendViral is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

11. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@trendviral.xyz with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue by either issuing a refund, exchange, or sending a replacement.
